About Leadership in Times of Change

The dynamic nature of today’s environment has led to a clarion call for effective leadership. In today’s vastly complex and evolving world, a different kind of leadership is required that can combat change and identify opportunities.  This collection aims to attract state-of-the-art manuscripts that bring together multidisciplinary knowledge on leadership from a wide range of business and management disciplines.

We invite submissions that draw upon theories and concepts from a variety of disciplines, as well as papers that explore contextual factors and conditions surrounding leadership. We are also interested in, but not restricted by our attention to, themes such as crisis leadership, leaders as agents for change, servant leadership, transformational leadership, strategic leadership, cross-cultural studies of leadership, traditional paradigms of leadership, emerging leadership theories, leadership research methodologies and methods.
