We invite submissions that draw upon theories and concepts from a variety of disciplines, as well as papers that explore contextual factors and conditions surrounding leadership. We are also interested in, but not restricted by our attention to, themes such as crisis leadership, leaders as agents for change, servant leadership, transformational leadership, strategic leadership, cross-cultural studies of leadership, traditional paradigms of leadership, emerging leadership theories, leadership research methodologies and methods.
